Privacy policy
Updated on November 5, 2026
This page explains what data the Agnaris site receives, what we use it for and how you can request access, correction or deletion.
In short
- The site does not use cookies. Your browser stores only your choice of light or dark theme.
- We count visits anonymously, without identifying who visited.
- Your personal data reaches us only when you write through the form, by email or by WhatsApp.
- We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Agnaris Tecnologia Ltda., CNPJ 00.000.000/0001-00, headquartered in Recife, Pernambuco. The controller is the party that decides how data is processed, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
What data we receive
When you contact us through the form, by email or by WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send:
- name, company or farm, and job title;
- email and phone number;
- sector and your preferred way of being contacted;
- the text of your message.
To count visits, the site records the page visited, the site you came from, the device type, the browser, the language and the approximate country or city. These records do not include your name, email or IP address, and they do not show who made the visit.
What we use it for
- To reply to your message, schedule calls and prepare proposals. Legal basis: your consent and the steps that precede a contract (art. 7, I and V, of the LGPD).
- To see which pages are read most and where visits come from, in order to improve the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), using data that does not identify anyone.
- To meet legal obligations, where they apply (art. 7, II).
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Data is processed by suppliers that provide services to Agnaris, only for the purposes above:
- the site's hosting company, which receives the technical requests needed to deliver the pages;
- Umami (Umami Software, Inc.), which does the anonymous visit count;
- Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), which receives the messages sent through the form and delivers them by email to the team;
- the email or messaging service you choose to contact us with.
Some of these suppliers process data outside Brazil, such as Formspree, in the United States. In those cases, we require safeguards compatible with the LGPD (art. 33). We do not sell or rent personal data.
How long we keep it
Contact messages that do not become a project are deleted within 24 months of the last conversation. If they become a contract, the data follows the periods set by the contract and by law. Visit counts are kept in aggregate form, without personal data.
Your rights
The LGPD (art. 18) guarantees that you may, at any time:
- confirm whether we process your data and get access to it;
- correct incomplete or outdated data;
- request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
- request portability of your data to another provider;
- find out who we share your data with;
- withdraw your consent, which does not affect what was done before.
We reply within 15 days. If you believe your rights have not been met, you can also complain to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), at gov.br/anpd.
Security
The site is always served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to incoming messages is limited to the team that answers them.
