Agnaris Fornecedor

Payment for quality checked load by load.

Does what was paid to each supplier match the weight and quality of what they delivered?

Agnaris Fornecedor checks payment for quality, load by load: weight, ATR, impurities, milk quality or fruit grading. It flags the analyses that depart from the area's history, simulates the amount to be received under the rules in force and compares the price with the cost of production. It serves growers' associations, cooperatives and plants that want a payment both sides can check.

In each sector

The same product answers different questions in each production chain. Choose yours.

Do the ATR and weight paid to each grower match what their cane had?

A growers' association receives the analyses from the payment laboratory and checks them load by load. When a grower's ATR falls outside the history for the area and time of year, with no rain to explain it, the analysis is flagged so the technician follows the next sample. The same dashboard simulates the payment under Consecana and compares it with the cost of production.

How it works

Who it is forGrowers' associations, cooperatives and plants that pay for quality and want an account both sides can check.

  1. Rules

We register the payment rules in force, such as Consecana, the dairy's table or the packing house's, and the history of each area.

  2. Checking

Each load, collection or lot is checked: weight, analysis, deductions and amount paid. Anything outside the history is flagged.

  3. Statement

Each supplier receives a statement with the reason for every amount, and the association follows the flagged analyses.

How the alert reaches the phone

AgnarisOperation alerts
  1. Agnaris:

Fortnight closed: 14 out-of-range analyses across 3 suppliers. The largest: ATR of 112 kg/t on a farm of supplier 0412, against 131 in the area's history.

  2. You:

    Did it rain there?

  3. Agnaris:

4 mm in the week, too little to explain the drop. Worth following the next sample.

  4. You:

I will ask the technician to follow it tomorrow.

What you need to get started

  1. History

At least one season of data: crushing or production, stoppages and, if available, rain and quality. A spreadsheet is fine.

  2. Access

Exports or read access to the systems that hold this data. We change nothing in them.

  3. One person

Someone from the operation who knows the data and can answer the technical team's questions a few hours a week.

Questions about Agnaris Fornecedor

Where does the analysis data come from?

From the payment laboratory, through the reports the plant already gives growers or through a data access agreement. Without access to the data there is no checking; this is agreed before starting.

Does the plant need to take part?

It is not mandatory, but it helps. When the plant takes part, the checking becomes a common base for both sides, and disputes decrease.

Does the system change the payment rule?

No. It applies the rules in force, such as Consecana or the dairy's table, and shows the effect of each number on the amount paid.
